Do you have business hours?
Yes, business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm PST, unless otherwise noted. Closed for all major US holidays.
We try to be as flexible as we can, and we appreciate the same in return.
How does the design process work?
A: You send us an email with your inspiration, we ask you some questions, we send you a quote, and then we get to make amazing things together! Check out this post to see the design process in action!
How long does the design process last?
A: We work with you, on your deadline, to provide you with the highest quality logo that we can produce. Standard deadlines are two weeks.
When should I launch my new brand to the public?
You can launch anytime! We recommend a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday in a non-holiday week. This allows at least one business day for the last pieces of work before your launch, as well as optimum traffic and exposure for your new brand. If you have a particular launch date in mind, let us know 1-2 weeks before that date. Depending on the size of the project and other factors like holidays, we might work with you to set a different launch date (as close to the original as possible).
Which designer will work on my project? Can I choose?
A: Our lead designer, Eric, oversees all of our projects to insure design quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Artists may work alone or collaboratively on any given project. If you like a specific piece that an artist or artists did, definitely mention that in the initial creative process. We cannot guarantee a certain artist or artists for your project, but we will do our best to meet your aesthetic specifications.
When you're finished with my logo will I own it?
