We’ve been working with the Publish Conference since July, creating the full experience for them: Website, logo, branding, and marketing. They launched their initial online conference at the end of August with 19 speakers, and we are continuing to work with them as they prepare for their live conference in 2014!
One of the biggest challenges working with Publish, was the fact that we needed to bring across branding that suggested a live conference (where they’re headed) while presenting an online conference (where they were at). We ended up shooting images of writing supplies, books and an actual conference, and mixing the branding between the two: both live, and online. This helped communicate the conference much more effectively than just picking one of the two and running with it.
All in all, the branding turned out to be exactly what they needed, and we’ll continue to work with them as they create a lot more physical products for Publish 2014!
